Update

The kids are doing fantastic.  We had a wonderful holiday season.  Travis cooked Thanksgiving Dinner, and did his dad proud!  Both kids continue to grow and amaze us with their goofy personalities and smart little brains.  We had Spencer's 4 year appointment, and he is in the 75% for both height and weight.  Morgan went for her 18 month check up, and she's an odd shaped little creature.  55% for height, 75% for weight, and 95% for head circumference.  So my kids have big heads, what can I say?  Morgan has started talking up a STORM.  Her newest favorites are "Mouse" for Mickey Mouse and "Jake" for Jake and the Neverland Pirates.  She has finally started to sit and watch about 5 minutes of a TV show.  She still has a crazy temper, but it's getting better.  She loves to dance and be chased.  She also says "Crockett" and "Baxter" and will repeat everything you say back to you - just slightly different than you might have said.  We're getting there!

Some pics since the last time...

She was eating the snow!  Silly girl!

Monkey pushing Daddy and Mo down the sledding hill.  Look at that concentration!

Snow Monkey!

He LOVED sleeping in the basement with all the big kids.  Look at that smile!!

New swingset at Grandma and Grandpa's house.

Could not tear him away from his new "Knight Castle."  The joy on his face when he opened this was priceless.  He had been asking for it since early November, and Santa brought him exactly what he wanted.  It has so far lived up to all expectations!

Ready for church on Christmas Eve.

Fun times at the train park with friends.

Obligatory bath shot!

Mommy and Daddy snuck off to NYC for Mommy's birthday weekend!

We also went to the Fiesta Bowl and met up with our friend Kristi.

I think we have this exact same shot with Spencer in the hamper.

Scotty and Brittany's Wedding

So no, Morgan did not perform well. Spencer did. He was an angel. Morgan, however, cried the whole way down the aisle. As soon as she got to me, she stopped crying. So at least she didn't cry during the ceremony. The wedding was beautiful and the couple seem completely in love and perfect for each other. It was so nice.

Then mommy and daddy left the kids for a night with grandma and grandpa. They all survived, and we had a nice, relaxing night.

Wedding weekend.

Last night my kids were a disaster at the rehearsal dinner for my baby bro's wedding. Some distant relative of the bride actually said to me: "your daughter is adorable but there's no way she's making it down the aisle". Oh no you didn't. Hence, this is how we spent our morning today. We wet up the aisle 5 times without incident. Lets hope they are just as good tonight.

Pumpkin Patch!

Both kids had a blast at the pumpkin patch this weekend. They really loved the cut outs for photos. Lol. Goofballs.

Morgan was a huge fan of the petting zoo animals. She loves animals.

2 Words Together!

Yes, that's right.  Mo is putting 2 words together.  Yes, they usually involve food of some kind.  "Eat apple."  "More apple."  "Get down."  I'm loving it, but it's bittersweet.  My little baby is growing up so fast!

And Mr. Monkey man is a mini-adult.  Check out the video!
